Naval Plan Pro is a project management platform for ship newbuilding supervision. The platform is built for project and technical managers supervising newbuild construction at shipyards, together with the owners they report to and the yard contacts who respond to punch items. Naval Plan Pro is aligned to the BIMCO SUPERMAN supervision framework, with cost projections modelled on salaries, overheads, contingency, management and design fees, and liquidated-damages tracking against the shipbuilding contract.
